We used to have Windows 2000 Small Business Server running on our primary domain controller. We have recently replaced it with a system running Windows 2003 Small Business Server. On the previous system we had a setting in Group PolicyComputer ConfigurationSecurity SettingsLocal PoliciesSecurity Options where I could display a message on the users screen prior to the user being allowed to log on to the network. Is it possible to do the same thing on Windows 2003 SBS; and if so, how?

sorry, should have added GPO information:
Computerconfiguration/windows settings/security settings/local policies/security options. Two settings:
Interactive Logon Message title for users attempting to log on
Interactive Logon Message text for users attempting to log on
I’m not sure if tese will also display for terminal sessions or not.
