Can the user access a command line? If so, what is the result of:
dspf ’/orbit/prod/ZPCHAVE/TVDIST.csv’

If command line access isn't normally available, can you set QSYS/QUSCMDLN as the user's attention program temporarily? (Or maybe a simple CL that just runs the DSPF.)

Starting with the simplest test helps eliminate possibilities quickly.

What I meant is that the user has a directory in the IFS with her userid. Sorry for any conflusion. Even though the user gets the the ' Request Completed Normally ' message I set myself up to receive the ' SNDUSRMSG MSG(&MSGTXT) MSGTYPE(*INFO) TOUSR(RBCHAVE) ' whenever the users use this option. I hope this clears things up. Just a small reminder, the code in this option works for me & other users except this one.
