There is no system message that has those words. But you didn’t tell us the message ID, so we can’t guess what it came from.

And we have no clue what the program is for since you didn’t tell us that nor show us how it’s coded. The message might have come from that program or from some other program in the job.

I’d guess that your library list isn’t set so that the program can access what it needs. I have no idea how you need to change the list.
