Have you tried asking the mail administrator at test.com to whitelist your domain? This will sometimes get past mystery glitches....

He sad me that we have not blacklist.

Not being blacklisted means that there has been no deliberate attempt to block your email. Being whitelisted is telling the system that your traffic is welcome. There is a difference - this is similar to permissions, where not blocking someone from file access is not the same as granting permission.

What error message is generated when sending to the problem domain? What happens if you run an interactive mail test to the receiving system posing as your sending server?

No error message generated.

There must be some status message generated during the SMTP transaction. If no message is generated, then maybe something is just blocking communications between the sending and receiving systems.
