 Meeting Work space Outlook 2003

Out company just upgraded to OL 2003 and I have a customer that manages a total of 5 calanders and when the upgrade took place only some of the meetings populated in the main calander. Her boss's calander should show up as blocked out so that no one else can see what's on his calander but her. Can you help

Try running the cleanfreebusy switch against all affected mailboxes. Close Outlook. Click start, run. In the open box type outlook.exe /cleanfreebusy. Outlook will launch and clean up the calendar. Run this on the bosses pc as well as the customer's pc.
