My name is Alex, and i am a Network Administrator Assistant at a company. We're are currently been experiencing problems with our meeting updates with mostly lotus notes users.

The error occurs when our employees, (using Outlook 2003 with exchange server 2003), update an existing meeting with recipients mostly using lotus notes. Email go back and forth and meetings are created just fine. Only when we update ie: Delete or Edit, said meeting we get the error.

The following is an example of such error:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

The following recipient(s) cannot be reached: [span style="font-size:8.0pt; font-family:"Times New Roman","serif";color:black">We have been having this problem for about a couple of weeks now and i have not had any luck finding a fix for it. 

We are running:

Windows Server 2003 Standard SP2

 Kaspersky Antivirus 6.0.3.837

Microsoft Exchange 2003



Each local machine runs Outlook 2003 and is also protected by kaspersky.

Would the problem be on our side (Microsoft problem) or would it be on their side (Lotus problem)? What are some possible work-arounds that i can try?
