Answer Wiki:
Go to tools, options, and the delegates tab. There is in fact a check box that says "Send meeting invites and responses to my delegates ONLY and not to me".

Previously I had it set up so that my boss would see any meeting requests that were sent to him from other people. But when I would send out a meeting request on his behalf to all staff, he would not see all 30/40/50 responses. I, however, would see the responses which is good because I needed to know who was and was not attending.

If I choose the option “Send meeting invites and responses to my delegates ONLY and not to me” he will not see meeting requests sent to him. If he recieves a meeting request on the weekend for Monday morning at 7:30 a.m. he will not know about it – not a good situation.
