We are using Outlook 2007 at our office.  Everytime I send a meeting invitation to one particular co-worker, she gets the invitation, but I also get one in my inbox.  Also, if anyone else sends her a calendar invitation or accepts an invitation, I get notification in my inbox.  She has not given me permission to view or use her Outlook calendar in any way.  This problem started about a month ago.  It used to work just fine.  Any ideas what may be happening or how I can fix it?  I'm not a computer expert by any stretch of the imagination.  Just need simple step-by-step instructions.  Thanks!

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Here r some criteria:
1. Have u enough permission to touch her computer ! Cause, some changes necessary in her computer to get this facility
2. Have u enough Administrative rights. Cause some changes need for the same
3. Do u know her Login password !
4. She or administrator changed some rules on her computer.
There r no of 3rd party SW on the net, just googling out and do what do u want.

CAUTION: Before doing anything, be careful about ur data and also her data !

This is a delegation issue. The reason I can tell is you are receiving only her meeting requests and nothing else. This is a feature of delegation. Ask her to open her outlook, go to tools, options, the tab labeled “delegates” and remove you as a delegate from her account. She made you a delegate whether you are aware she did so or not. She may not have realized what delegation meant when she did it. This is the only thing that would cause the behavior you describe.

"There r no of 3rd party SW on the net, just googling out and do what do u want" What would be the search criteria to be used when googling for a third party tool that will solve CBarry's problem ?

There is no third party software to solve this issue. The person who's invites cbarry is receiving needs to remove him as a delegate. Thats the only way to solve this.
