Hello GURUS,
I am looking for an expansion of the following SAP acronyms
CSV - It is not Comma Seperated Values - as used in EXCEL or in any flatfile input into SAP BW (Could it be Computer System Validation?)
FRS -
Can anyone help me with these - Thanks and your help will be appreciated
please tell me.I don't know.
These acornyms are not SAP acronyms but relate to implementing any computerized system in Pharmaceutical or biotech industries that may may have a GMP (good manufacturing practices) impact.
CSV - Computer System Validation
FRS - Functional Requirements Specification
other common ones that you may encounter:
URS - User requirements Specifications (note xRS generally will refer to some requirement Spec.)
GMP - see above
GAMP - good automated Manufacturing process
IQ, OQ, PQ - installation, operational, and performance qualification
SDLC - software Development life cycle
MVP - master validation Plan
TM - traceability matrix
QSR - quality system requirements
Hope that helps.

Yes. CSV is Computer System Validation. It encompasses all steps required to obtain a validated computer system and FRS is Functional Requirement Specifications which describes what is required to meet the users’ business needs.
