I've worked with a number of different Cisco switch models, access and chassis, and have not found any for which this is configurable. Some hardware, such as some switch modules for the 6500 series, are auto MDI/MDIX though. Cisco's documentation on the model and software will indicate if this is a feature available to you.

Yes Cisco Swicthes rarely comes with MDI/MDIX so just post the swicth details so that we can answer you in more specific
