Out of Office assistant – regenerate message frequency?
One of my attorneys is going on maternity leave soon and wants to apply her Out of Office for an extended period of time. She's concerned that after being out such a long time and someone emails her for the 4th/5th/Xth time, they might forget she's on maternity leave. How often will an Out of Office Message be regenerated to a person sending an email. Every day? Every 5 emails?

An out of office message is only sent once per sender. The only way to "refresh" this is to turn off out of office and turn it back on again which can be done through OWA. When OOF is turned on it will only send once per sender, this is to prevent email loops, as in two people who are out of the office endlessly messaging back and forth the out of office message.
