 Mass E-mail
Exchange 2003, Exchange Send/Receive, SBS 2003
A user has just sent out an e-mail to a group of individuals. Some time after sending the e-mail, she received a phone from one of the individuals within her group e-mail that he has received 500 e-mails of the same e-mail from her. I'm not sure how to look this up to determine the cause of the user getting so many e-mails of the one e-mail. We are using MS SBS 2003. Thanks for the help.

I would initially look at the sender's "SENT ITEMS" to confirm a single e-mail was actually sent. Then hopefully you have enabled e-mail tracking on your server so you can see how many e-mails that particular recipient received from this sender. These would be the areas I would initially look.
