		<description><![CDATA[IIRC, there is an option in a GPO to disallow a user from logging on locally...it&#039;s not the same as disabling the user account...but...it might just keep them off of the system and give you time to go through and disable them correctly.

Otherwise, you may want to look in to PowerShell.  It may allow you to script the disabling based on the OU.]]></description>
