Not sure what version of SAP you are on but in our R3 46C environment, you can use SE38 for the selection of IDOCS you wish to delete. There are two programs for selecting the items you want to delete RSEXARCA, RSEXARCB; the both work simliar except the selection criteria is a little different. Once you have selected the IDOCS using the above programs, use SE38 to run RSEXARCD which actually deletes the items generated by the selection. It runs pretty fast but I would suggest you either use a time frame and IDOC status to limit the selection.
