Answer Wiki:
Did you recently install Symantec Norton AntiSpam or Symantec Norton Internet Security. Both of these programs conflict with Outlook 2003 out of the box. If so, start your Symantec software and run LiveUpdate, Symantec?s universal online updating tool. LiveUpdate will automatically download and install a patch that restores the peace between your security software and Outlook.

No, I downloaded a program called “PC Mighty Max” it tried to take over my computer. if it were not for my AV- NOD32 and spy ware detectors =spybot and ad-ware it would have been worse

A quick Google on the name of the program you downloaded shows a lot of complaints about it. You should check them out. I did not pursue it very far, but one of the hits may talk aobut your problem–you may wish to make your search a bit more specific.

If you have not tried removing and re-installin at least Outlook, if not the whole Office suite, this may be what you need to do. After removing it, I’d get a good registry cleaner and clean the registry so that there are no references left to Office or PC Mighty Max before installing Office again.

I usually do a few searches with different engines to see what the consensus might be out there on the program. As youwill note with the Google on this program, there are not too many kind words.

First I would Like to thank everyone who has helped. I have worked everything down to a corupted DLL file in the Buisness contact Manager in Outlook. the problem is I can not add/remove/ update anythong in Office. I am supposed to get a callback from Microsoft Monday Morning . Hopefully they can help me fix this issue.
