Answer Wiki:
What version of outlook? What version of Exchange? Where are you "mapping" this to? All users already have access to the public folders unless the default user for that folder is set to have no permissions and set to folder not visible. When you say "shared" do you mean a resource calendar or an individual's calendar you want shared or a public folder calendar? Please provide the details. Thanks. ---------------------------------------- Group Policies can affect built in Windows Applications and services, but they do not interact with installed applications like Outlook. I don't think it is possible with anything other than a script. ----------------------------------------- What version of outlook? - MS outlook 2003 with SP3 What version of Exchange? - MS exchange 2003 with SP2 Where are you "mapping" this to? - In outlook All users already have access to the public folders unless the default user for that folder is set to have no permissions and set to folder not visible.
