		<description><![CDATA[I would look at setting up a trust relationship between AD and this server (or other network) so that login details can traverse the different environments. 

This would allow you to use regular methods of adding network resources via GPO or GPP. Alternatively a vbs script may work better than a batch file for the operation.]]></description>
