Manually migrating databases from SQL Server 2000 to SQL Server 2005

Answer Wiki:
There should be no big issues that come up. Before doing the migration it is important to test the databases and client software against SQL Server 2005 in a development and QA environment to ensure that everything works as expected. Without an in depth knowledge of your database and application there's no way to know what problems you may run across.
