 Managing Windows Office licenses for 400-person company
How do you manage Windows office licenses for a 400 person company when multiple users sit at multiple machines? Do we purchase licenses for the machines (is that legal?) or for each user and then it follows them wherever they work? Help!

If I recall correctly, you purchase Office licenses (cals) for each machine you install onto despite how many users use each machine unless the Office applications are installed on a Terminal Server than it would be per user.
