as for auto deletion, i have not tried this program, but you can check it from here, but its not free...

		<description><![CDATA[I appreciate all the input !! I understand how to delete them but I did thinks there was a way to set a deletion date in AD ?? Could be wrong here. And yes, The orphaned files can be troublesome. We use a file server to store user files on and it is attached to their user profile in AD by group policy, so they get deleted as well. I think I have a handle on it now. I really appreciate all the input!!

When you&#039;re comfortable to delete them, just open Active Directory Users and Computers (ADUC), locate the account, right click and choose Delete - you&#039;ll be asked if you also want to delete the corresponding email account (if existent)
