 Manager is unable to see meetings in Calendar booked by EA
An EA has Full Permissions to an Exec's Calendar. She has made a booking in the Calendar and invited another person. This person has accepted and the Exec has received the acceptance in their Inbox, however the meeting itself is not visible in the Exec's Calendar (full client or OWA).....not until the EA clicks on Send/Receive => Update Folder but she is having to do this with each and every meeting she makes. It is not updating automatically. This was last week. Today, we have tried rebuilding her OST file (it was >10GB) but she is now finding that the 'Update Folder' option is not updating the Exec's Calendar when they view it??
