that depends on what trojan it is. let us know the name of it if you know. I use a combination of AVG antivirus, spybot search & destroy and counterspy.

also depending on what trojan it is I would wipe the drive and reinstall. You never know what else might be on there that they cannot find. Once a system is compromised I prefer a reinstall or reimaging of the drive.
