CL Program
I am going to need to write a CL program that will read a list downloaded from an Excel spreadsheet onto the AS/400. The CL will scan through the file that will delete the job description associated with the user profile in QGPL and will replace the deleted job description with a new JOBD that has a different library list. Because two plants are being sold off, we need to separate the two companies that will be running on one system, but keeping users from either company from accessing the other companies' data. My other CL will add a group profile to everyone either companyA or companyB. There will be two group profiles defined. Also, probably another CL that will put *EXCLUDE authority on libraries of the opposite group profile. Thanks for any help you can offer.

Sounds like a homework question... I saw another post asking for same info... Show us what you tried and we can point you in the right direction.

It doesn't seem to be academic, since both members have submitted a series of questions that all seemed valid. But they are certainly the "same" question, so they shouldn't be handled separately. . I can think of two general possibilities. The first would be an interview problem with various applicants working up solutions. The other possibility can be explained by the OP. . Please describe the business problem that this will solve. .
