How do I make the calendar the default view when I open Lotus Notes 8.5?

Click the Open button, right-click on the calendar and select “set bookmark as home page”

Actually, I got a response from our consultant who gave me the answer I was looking for. I needed to set the default view for a database that I created for a group of people. When the users clicked on the bookmark, I wanted them to see the Calendar, not the Inbox (which they do not intend to use). To do that, I had to right-click on the bookmark, click Application, then Properties. Click on the Launch tab and change the “Name” field from MailFS to CalendarFS.

    Yes, that would be the correct way for setting up a particular db to open up a certain frameset. The original question was "How do I make the calendar the default view when I
