I am an IT project manager that needs to be on the Exchange server of my client for managing of meetings. I use Outlook 2007 and in past I used to setup the client as Exchange and receive my company mail via POP3 on a single profile into a single PST file on my PC. However, my company now also requires me to be on Exchange to view my availlability. Is there any way to synchronize the calendars so both parties can see my availability and also possiblly keep all mails in a single profile and PST file.

I don’t think that is possible since these are two separate Exchange systems and user accounts. You will likely have to add the other mailbox/calendar to your Outlook profile and drag/drop calendar items between the two if you want them to show up in both places.
