Hi all, I am having around 6 years of experience in mainframe technology. i am planing to get into SAP technology. i am more techincal guy and interested same. Could please share all your thoughts.

Depends. <b>Programmer skills</b>: SAP has it's own proprietary language known as ABAP. It has been expanding to JAVA. <b>DBA Skills</b>: SAP runs on many databases with Oracle and SQL Server being the ones I see most often. BASIS is SAP's middleware that you must also become familiar with. <b>OS Admin Skills:</b>UNIX/AIX/HPUX/LINUX, WINTEL w/Virtualization Best of luck
