MAILS TO ONE PARTICULAR DOMAIN DOES NOT GO THROUGH

I run an exchage server 2003 standard edition, version 6.5 (build 7638.2: service pack 2 in my organization and all outbound mails goes through except for one particular domain. when mails are sent from my oulook to that domain, it does not go through but when i use OWA to send mails to that particular domain, it goes through. i run exchange services in oulook. below are the NDRs i recieve when i use my outlook Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients. Subject: test mail Sent: 11/10/2008 8:24 AM The following recipient(s) cannot be reached: pkwasi@cas.org on 11/12/2008 8:33 AM Could not deliver the message in the time limit specified. Please retry or contact your administrator. <war-tama-mail.mail-1.TAMA.GH.WARO.CRS.ORG #4.4.7> Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients. Subject: test mail on tuesday Sent: 11/4/2008 11:26 AM The following recipient(s) cannot be reached: pkwasi@cas.org on 11/6/2008 11:26 AM Could not deliver the message in the time limit specified. Please retry or contact your administrator. <war-tama-mail.mail-1.TAMA.GH.WARO.CRS.ORG #4.4.7> what could be causing this problem THANK YOIU

The receiving mail servers may be doing a reverse lookup – If your DNS has your email server setup as one ip but the
firewall as another ip (and the firewall is the one ip the reverse lookups were looking at) that could cause your
issues. You could try changing your firewall ip to the same as the email server, and forward the port to your internal
email server ip
