Cheryl,
Sounds like some of the internet e-mail controls are not set correctly. Follow this guide to check access. If that does not do it then it is possibly what happened to me which was I had accidently deleted some of the Update files. So... if all else fails in access then pull up the latest version of your Update file sends and reinstall. Let me know if any of this helps you out. If it does not then I will send the updates to you that carry this type of control. Have you uninstalled any of your fonts lately?
Thanks,
Kat
How Do I Install Internet Access Controls?

It's easy; it's quick; and there is no additional cost.

To install Internet Access Controls

On your Master Screen Name, go to AOL Keyword: Parental Controls.
Click Internet Access Controls.
Click Turn On Internet Access Controls to begin the installation process.
Click Accept to agree to the Terms of Service.
That's it; you've done it!
