Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

You say you have 20GB of data it is possible you have reached your limit and should contact your email admin. What sort of email account are you using, and are you on a work or home network?

If the administrator has set limits, typically they will send email notifications that you have exceeded the limits of the mailbox. Have you been getting those?

if you are talking about outlook, each outlook .pst file can only hold up to 2gb...more than that it will be corrupted UNLESS you archive your file... but upon archive, you have to set the amount of days you would like to keep your archive before it is deleted automatically

The 2GB limit was on Outlook XP and older versions. Outlook 2003 changed to Unicode format and the 2GB limit on the .pst file is no longer there. It sounds like their mailbox size limit has been reached and that will have to be addresed by the exchange admin as suggested. I would recommend the user triage his mailbox and reduce the size.
