Mail recevieing late in domian one server to another server
Hi,

I am using Lotus domino 7 and when one user sending mail from one server to another server in same NNN. mail received by the another user but it take around 10-12 hours. can anybody tell me where is issue.

Are they running on Windows servers, can they ping each other ok?
If they can't and they are relying on connections docs there is a setting in the connection document to wait for 5 mails by default before it sends them.

Have you enabled message tracking and seen if its going via another domino server?

yes, everything is fine.running windows server and ping to each other and set is wait for 2 mails.

I would reduced the wait to 1. Also which anti-virus are you running on the servers. There have been reported issues with certain versions of Groupshield; requiring the addition of service patches to address this and other issues.
