Copy ur OL personal folders, i.e. .pst files that contain all data. Its name is usually ur email add...., though it may have a different name. So for safe side select all of the personal folders files and copy them to save them in another place like CD / USB or any other drive in ur comp. Now as u wrote, u accessed upto 'Show Profile' > Outlook.... and simply delete it by pressing remove button (don't worry). Now open OL, & it asks for creating a new profile. Type any suitable name & click ok. Again fill up the box as u did earlier (email a/c info). It tries to configure the account settings. Click finish (if it shows any error, don't worry go ahead). Now it will set messages from ur email accounts. Now close the OL. Here go to CP > mail > click data files and click add.... Now select office outlook personal....(.pst) & clickOK. Now select the old OL data file i.e. locate to the backup copy which u saved earlier. Press ok at the next dialog box to accept the default settings and select the data file that u just imported, and make it set as default and again click ok. Restart OL. Hope, it will get rid this annoying message.

Again remembering U, please take all necessary backups related to OUTLOOK before doing this excercise. If there is any typing mistake, please take care urself.
