I need to achive mail files to a CD's intead of a server, what is the proper way to do it? and there is any protocol to look it after moved into the CD's?

    There is not going to be a proper way to do this unless you have some sort of Disk storage system. Create a local Copy (without ACL - so this can be accessed by anyone last) make sure it is not encrypted. Then Zip up and burn to disk. Remember you will not be able to run the DB from the CD as this is read only - you will need to export from disk the CD to local disk to read.
