The issue you have is that the Rule that is forwarding to another person is creating a NEW email..... so this would be sent to the journal DB as it is a NEW and seperate email.

I hope this makes sense.

I am using remote journalling in my environment which is sending a copy of mails to a mail in database present on an another server. That is working absolutely fine...the problem is multiple copies of mails are being copied to journalling database when the mail is addressed to Id's where a rule has been created to send copies of mail to other id's.

This stopped when i enabled an parameter in notes .ini. then i enabled journalling on another server and now again multiple copies are being generated.
How to stop this??
