 Mail in All Docs in replica and not inbox
Hi everyone, I have just upgraded 100 users from R5.0.12 Lotus Notes client to the latest R7 client. I have 3 users, currently, who are having problems with their replica copy of their email. Email that is received and replicated appears only in their All Docs view no the inbox. On the server everything is fine. The upgrade process was done over the current installation but I have also uninstalled the software and reinstalled with only the new install and did a fresh replica but with the same issue. The template being used has been modified a bit but only some minor modifications. I have tried refreshing the design, changing the design, checked the template to make sure there were not 2 inboxes. I have run out of ideas so any help or direction is greatly appreciated.

Try deleting their desktopx.ndk file. We are on R6.5 so for is it is desktop6.ndk. I would assume it is desktop7.ndk for you? This will get recreated next time they start Notes and holds workspace info like the last databases used, view stuff like any column width changes etc. Whenever weird stuff happens often recreating this file sorts it out. Could also delete cache.ndk if you want.

I have since found that it was an issue with shared mail and a corrupted shared database. Once I unlinked the email and ran the Collect command the email started to go into the inbox. Thanks for you ideas.
