 Mail Database Issue
Hi All, I have some mails in my database. suppose if i see my all documetns there 50 mails and there are no mails showing in trash and also no entry in calendar but if I see database properties of server it is showing 240 documents and 26% using after archive. i dont know where are my other documents. even i compact -c also but still showing the same status.i think It is showing wrong status and i dont know why ? anybody knows please let me know. Thanks

Hi, It sounds like you are looking in your "All Documents" view, so if it shows 240 docs and you are only seeing 50, sounds like maybe the view is corrupt. Check also your Database properties of the database you are using (local or server) and look at the number of documents. Compact -B will reduce the file size. //Dan

You should run these

Fixup -i (full fixup)
Compact -d (removes views and indexes)
Updall -r (rebuilds all views and indexes)

Then check the all documents again and look at the document count. Also delete he bookmark in the workspace on your machine and compact your workspace.
