Mail Box Backup
Email archiving, Backup, Email Backup

Hai all!!!

1) How is the mail box going to be created in Exchange 2003 "I mean only one centralized mail box for all users or different mail boxs for different users".

2)How can I backup the mail box of users in Exchange 2003 enviornment.

3) How can I keep a copy on all mails on the server backup purpose.

4) How can I make mail forward in Exchange.

1---Central storage of mail box.Its a single file where all ur mails gets stored.

2---backup the information store directory

3---Use IMAP for the users so that mails gets stored in the server

4----in AD advanced exchange tab u will find this feature
