Can we capture the size of the picture when it is inserted into a word document?
Is there any event like document change?

This may not be exactly what you are looking for, but it seems a good place to start. The code <a href="http://www.tribbs.co.uk/showtip.php?myID=10&start=1">here</a> creates a document that will display the size of all the graphics objects within a document. You might be able to gleen some aspect of this code to create a Macro that will do waht you want.
