How can we do MAC address binding in Layer 2 (L2) and Layer 3 (L3) switches?

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Ideally, MAC binding will be done at Layer2. For any of those switches, you need to run the command “switchport port-security” and give the MAC addresses you want to bind to. You can specify more than one MAC address, also.

Hope this helps.
