Hi Friends, We have a new client coming with the project. I badly needs your help. The Client has 4 different Sites. They are using Lotus Domino for the messaging. I have been asked to prepare the questionnare to grab the details of the existing Infrastructure. The Plan is to migrate the existing Lotus domino to the new Exchange server. I want a help to prepare the questionnare to get most of the details from the client about their infrastructure, and details which importantly required to migrate the Lotus to Exchange. It is bit urgent.. Please help me with it.

My question would be, what are you hoping to gain by moving to Exchange? If it’s a political decision, then there’s no good answer. However, if they’re hoping to gain something from the migration, they may want to rethink that decision …. especially if they have Notes apps.
