I know this is a noob question:
I want to create a way to run and agent or script to remove a particular email from mailboxes.  We have people that don't get the concept of email and network yet.
They will send out a 5MB email file to the entire company (100+) people and don't realize what it does to the system.
I want to be able to go in put the subject of what that email was and wipe it from everyone's mailbox.
Then I can also go slap that person for sending the email.

Software/Hardware used:
Lotus Domino 8.5.3

May i suggest that you look in the Admnistrator client help file to find the way to limit the size of your email, rather than trying to delete it everywhere when it's too late ! You should also see the "Recall" functionnality - may be interesting

I have thought about putting the quotas on but we have not made that decision yet. Many time we have clients that send us drawings or specs for large jobs and we don't want to put the limit on them for the emails that they send to us.
