Such problem can also be occurred if there are some corrupted items in .nsf file. If Fixup is not working for you, try an third party Lotus Notes Recovery Software to repair recover nsf file data upto 100 %. There are many third party application available in the market. I would suggest to test demo version first before making the purchase decision. thanks

I am so soty for my late response . However, did you check the Log.nsf of the server .
Moreover, Did you check the system requirements for LND and made you every thing is OK

i am performing nsf check by compact and updall.
i just want to know the reason for varying my nsf health percentage in huge range in one day ? and decreasing in next day
