Lotus Notes admin reading mail of Executives
Lotus Notes administration, Lotus Notes User Permissions, Lotus Notes
I realize the lotus admin shouldn't just go out and read mailboxes of other management users. But if that is happening, how do I restrict that without removing their authorization to work on the issues when they come up.

If you can't trust your employees with administrative rights, you need to replace them.

Although corporate e-mail is corporate owned and not personal, that doesn't make it acceptable for a user with administrative rights to read their mail.

This should be covered in your computer use policy.

In fact, you can do two things

1- on the user document the last column select ” Yes” next to the option of Encrypting the Emails after receiving them ” I think it is like this ” and this will encrypt all the incoming emails after coming to the inbox of the executives

2- You can make him an ” Administrator ” only not a ” Full Admin”
