    This can be done by using the below code:

    Select 'Hide When' option and add this line of code:
    @IsNotMember("[USERNAME]"; @UserRoles)

    You can create a hidden view then hide it by using outlines.

    But in this case, the “ctrl+shift” still works. So, you have to modify the view's "QueryOpen" event.
    To do so:
    •    Open Domino Designer
    •    Go to the view's "QueryOpen" event and insert the following code.
    Sub Queryopen(Source As Notesuiview, Continue As Variant)
        messageBox "Not authorised to access this view"
        Continue = false
    End Sub

    But the query open in this context will not allow to open the view(no one can open). I want it to allow opening with certain roles. If I restrict with roles here will it allow @dblookup /@dbcolumn formula with this view. I need to check it with this condition. Thanks.
