This connectivity is fine. Last day, we had a combined meeting with network and DB team. Upon checking found that when this error occurs, apparently no network packet goes out of the lotus notes server to oracle database. Something wrong with the way it has been handled at lotus notes webserver/app server. Any idea on how we can get more trace on this part? Are you aware of any settings that can be monitored/ changed to improve database connectivity from notes app server?
