Lotus Notes Smart Icon application

I make use of cut and paste from pdfs and tifs into my emails a lot. When I do I add a border and shadow to help them stand out. Doing this is a bit cumbersome with the right click menu and I would like to programme a smart icon to do the job for me. Please could you advise me on where I can find the relevant code to do this ? Thanks Terry

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

I found two ways of doing this. Check out the following web pages:

License GeniiSoft @Midas Formulas (Cost)

Free but evil code… sends keystrokes to create border around picture. (I found that I had to do File/Save to get the agent to run)….

Thanks Ted It works very well to a point. What a great introduction to Lotusscript too.. The only problem I have is that it comes up with a "Document not yet saved" message. The only thing I can do is save the document as a draft, then re-open it and do the button thing which works a treat ! Is there something I'm doing wrong which is causing the "Document not yet saved" message to appear ? Thanks again. Terry
