Lotus Notes short cut Ctrl+Shift+View/Go To …
Nice day,
my problem is about Lotus Notes. I'd like to know, as possible switch
off short cut Ctrl+Shift+View/Go To ..., for show all view in Lotus database.

Not that I know of. If you need to prevent users from seeing a view, you will have to use security settings, not just hide them. Hiding is just a convenience thing, not a security feature.
