 Lotus Notes “Send and File” shows error

Hi there, I am facing a problem when one of my client, using R 4.6, compose and try "Send and File" option, she receives "invalid or nonexistent document" error. What could go wrong? Would appriciate some help... Thanks and Regards

Hi ! Have you tried to delete his cache.dsk file on his PC... Quit Notes, delete cache.dsk and restart Notes... Try again...

Its a good place where ppl give you an inch and you walk all over them, lol. I mean i have another question. Please if you could help me out again.

I am using some DNS Blacklist servers for SPAM blockage. Some time needed servers (such as Yahoo or hotmail) become the victims and mails are rejected. Is there a way that i can implement some “WhiteList Domain” in my scenario to make sure that domino must accept mails from certain domains…. (I have learned that i can include some “trusted” domains in configuration but then domino would reject mails from all other domains)

I would really really appricate some help again…

Hi,one of my friend received a mail which consisted of .tif file through lotus notes.He tried forwarding the mail using lotus notes but was not able to do so.This problem occured only for mails containing .tif files.If someone could tell me the reason or the settings to be made in lotus notes it would be appreciated.
