First delete all the rules that r not working !
1. In the navigation pane, click Tools > Rules, and then do one of the following:
To delete one rule, click the rule.
To delete more than one rule, click in the column to the left of each rule to select it.
2. Click “Disable” before deleting rules ! Otherwise they will keep active but hidden. Even if they do nothing, disable them first !
3. Click Actions > Delete.
4. Select Yes when asked if u want to delete documents.
Now u have to set ur new rule
Or disable all rules and then re-enable the rule which u want….
