Lotus Notes – Responses to Meeting Request
Hello this is driving me crazy. When a meeting request is created and sent out to 65 people - all 65 people Accept or Decline and those responses hit your inbox. How can you turn off receiving responses. I work at a very large organization and no one will use the Meeting Request feature just because they do not want the responses hitting their inboxes. PLEASE HELP... karenkt@dni.gov

You've got at least 2 options.
1) When creating the meeting request, there's a button for "Delivery Options..." Click that, and check the box that says "I do not want to receive replies from participants"
2) Click the "Tools" button and choose "Preferences..." Go to the "Calendar & To Do" tab, and then the "Display" tab. Set the dropdown for "Types of Meeting notices to be shown in your Inbox" to "All except responses"
