Are you going through a Domino server?
Are you sending via a Internet based mail server?
Are you able to ping either mail servers?

&lt;b&gt;First thing to check - The location document &lt;/b&gt;on the bottom Right of the screen says ONLINE, Office, Office Network etc etc for continuous connections - or Remote, etc for other connected services.
Island - Home - etc would mean not connected to anything.]]></description>
